FAQs
What is the Business Hours Clause?
Our standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST). Any communication received outside these hours will be addressed the following business day. Consequences for Non-Compliance: If requests or inquiries are made outside of business hours and demand immediate attention, they may incur an after-hours service fee. Additionally, failure to respect these hours for scheduled meetings or deadlines may result in delays in project timelines, and consistent disregard may lead to a review or termination of service agreements.
What are your rates for podcast production?
Our rates are per episode and are based on the scope and complexity of the project. We also offer package deals for long-term or multi-episode commitments, ensuring you get the most value from our services. Reach out for a customized quote based on your specific needs.
How long does it take to produce an episode?
Turnaround time for an episode typically ranges from 5 to 7 business days from the time of recording, depending on the complexity of the project. Rush services are available for faster delivery if needed.
6. Can you help me monetize my podcast?
Yes, we assist with sponsorship outreach, ad placement, and developing monetization strategies such as listener support programs and branded merchandise. We’ll work with you to create a media kit that showcases your podcast to potential sponsors.
11. What if I need to make changes after the episode is finalized?
