Summary

Many companies have data in a legacy system, legacy format or un-structured data source and that is often the reason blocking the migration to a new more effective system such as an ERP or a CRM. And this is where I can assist you with first mining or scrapping the data, whether it is in an old database, excel or csv files or on the front-end of a website. We can then format it and correct it, for instance separating first name from last names, standardizing phone numbers, separating zip code from address lien from city, from state and country etc... We can also enrich it where applicable so that you can then upload/save it to your target system, bet it a different or same Database or a whole new ERP or CRM solution.

Do I have to upload my private data to the cloud ?
No, absolutely not needed. We have developed this automation flow so that we bring the Ai Model to your local computer/network and the data is sent to that self-hosted AI model (Llama 3.2) which crunches the data and gives us back the expected results without using the internet.
Can I inspect the source code of the Application ?
Yes. The automation flows source code is accessible and you can inspect it. It is built using JavaScript and NodeJs.
Can I re-use this automation at no extra cost ?
Yes. Happy to teach you not only how to re-use it but also how to adapt it and deploy it as a service to your clients or contacts.

What's included

An Ai Powered Data Processing Automation Flow
An Ai Automation that you can run using local Ai models like Llama 3 or cloud models like ChatGPT. The automation will pull the data from your data sources (web pages, database, PDFs, text files, images...) and will get it processed and then fed back where it needs to be fed (CRM or ERP or Excel/G-Sheet). You will also get access to a free license for RTILA Studio which is the Roboto Process Automation software I will be using to design this automation. You can then run this automation again on your own and I can teach you how to do so. You can even use it to provide Ai Powered Data Cleansing services to your network or market.
A One on One Visio-Call Learning Session
I will also provide a 2H One on One video call session to teach you how to use such automation, how to debug it, adapt it and take it to the next level. I will also answer any question you may have.
