Initial Delivery & Revisions
On this date we make delivery of the original art pieces, verbiage and graphics for you to make any and all the changes you wish to make. We are not happy until you are happy so if it means starting over for you then we will start over. However, it is our hope that we know you better than that by now and it is more a matter of cosmetic changes or copyright edits to make you a happy client.
Final Delivery or Launch of The Print or Social Media Piece
Assuming that we return with all of the necessary changes completed to your satisfaction we deliver the product and you sign off that you are absolutely thrilled with the finished product and we move on to our next project with you...(we like to think positively).
