Full-Stack Web Application Development by Gael de Nicodemo Serrano HernandezFull-Stack Web Application Development by Gael de Nicodemo Serrano Hernandez
I design and develop full-stack web applications from concept to production, including frontend, backend, APIs, databases, authentication, business logic and third-party integrations.
I can work on a new application from the initial architecture or join an existing project and continue development from its current codebase.
My approach is focused on building software that is maintainable, testable and appropriate for the actual requirements of the product rather than simply producing a collection of screens.
Full-stack development can include:
• Frontend architecture and implementation
• Backend services and APIs
• Database design
• Authentication and authorization
• Role-based access control
• Business logic
• Admin dashboards
• Data management
• File uploads and processing
• Third-party API integrations
• Payments and billing integrations
• Notifications and email workflows
• Background jobs and asynchronous processing
• AI-powered functionality
• Error handling and validation
• Testing and QA
• Deployment and production preparation
My development process
1. Discovery and requirements
I identify the core business problem, users, workflows, required functionality, dependencies and technical constraints.
2. Architecture
I define the system structure, application layers, data flow, integrations and technology choices appropriate for the project.
3. Implementation
Development is performed in phases so the client can review progress and validate functionality progressively.
4. Integration
Backend, frontend, database and external services are connected and validated as the system develops.
5. QA and stabilization
Functionality is tested, important bugs are addressed and critical workflows are validated before release.
6. Deployment and handoff
Depending on the scope, I can assist with deployment, technical documentation, setup instructions and source-code handoff.
I can also take over partially completed or poorly documented applications and first perform a technical assessment before continuing development.
Typical technologies include:
Flutter, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, Firebase, Redis, Docker and related technologies.
The final stack is always selected according to project requirements rather than forcing a particular technology into every project.
Pricing depends on scope, complexity, architecture, integrations and estimated development effort.
