Process

A. Initiation Phase
Payment first policy. Project will only begin once the client has paid for the service(s) required.
Client onboarding. Gather initial information from the client including brand guidelines and assets, project goals, requirements, and preferences. This also includes sharing of social media access across preferred platforms.
B. Execution Phase
Content Calendar Planning. Develop a content calendar for the next three months (or depending on length of contract), outlining post schedule, themes, and types of content.
Content Creation. Create 8 feed posts per month, each including a static photo/graphic and a caption and ensuring all content adheres to client's branding.
Content Revision and Approval. Providing clients an opportunity to review and request revisions for each post to make any necessary adjustments based on their feedback.
Content Scheduling. Using social media management tools to schedule client-approved posts across the preferred platforms according to the content calendar.

  • Is the content tailored for any specific niche?

    We can do any type of content across any specific niche! We will do our research and learn about your industry to make sure that our content is always relevant.

  • Do you adapt the graphics and captions for each social media platform?

    Yes, we will adjust the content for each platform as necessary.

  • What if I want to post videos as well?

    For this project, we will only create static social media content. If you want to post videos, we can swap the images we will provide with the videos you want to post. However, we will NOT edit any videos. You will provide us with the edited videos and we will post them with the captions we will create for it.

  • Do you also provide community management or engagement services?

    Yes, but it will be an additional paid service.

  • Do you also do social media advertising?

    Yes, we can help you with social media advertising. However, it is also an additional paid service.

  • Do you also create carousels or stories? What about editing video posts and reels?

    We do, but it is also an additional paid service.
