Where are you based?
We are based in Kolkata, India. We are also a team of location-independent design professionals catering to project requirements around the globe.
If we work with you, how will you handle a project remotely?
Clear & timely communication has always been our friend, irrespective of location. While the bulk of our work gets done during office hours in IST (GMT + 5:30), we're always available on email and on-demand Zoom, phone & WhatsApp calls.
What happens if we don't like your work?
We follow a step-by-step project execution methodology, always involving you for approvals at each stage of the project life cycle, making changes as required to meet your requirements and preferences. We publish/go live only when you approve the final result.
Do you have an inhouse team?
Yes. All of our team members are full-time employees. Some work from our office at Kolkata, while others join in from remote locations which allows us greater flexibility when hiring resources for a particular skill-set
