Brief meeting to understand project requirements (size of the image, amount of images, general style, color and other specifics) As well as timelines and payments. The meeting is done by videochat and I like to get as much information about your project as possible. If it is a book cover, what's the book about? What are your brand ideals? Are the illustrations meant to be printed? The conversation will vary depending on your project, but the goal is to leave the meeting with a strong understanding of what kind of image you're looking for. We'll share references, preferred color palettes, typography (if required) and everything you believe is important to be showcased in the final illustration.

This is an e-mail I'll send after the meeting (the amount of days will depend on each project) in which I'll include: -Written description of the proposal -3 sketches per image -Color suggestions -Miscellaneous items such as layouts, mockups or typography, as required by the project. If further communication is needed, a call can be scheduled afterwards

Upon defining all details, I'll issue a detailed quote. If an earlier quotation is needed I can provide an estimate during the consultation, but details will vary depending on what is decided (number of images can vary, as well as sizes, level of detail, materials, etc. All of this could add on costs, or reduce them)

Before adding colors, I'll send the final drawings for all images. At this point, changes can be done with no additional cost.

I will send the images in the format that you need. At this point some changes could be made, but they would have additional costs depending what it is.
