Summary

The scope of this project is to create a new (from scratch) housing project suiting your needs, expectations and dreams.
It entails you have a piece of land with nothing (or almost nothing) on it. I would need drawings, gradings, pictures and details of this site.
Needed in order to start (and throughout) the collaboration:
Initial briefing
Clear needs from your side
Details of the land site
Constant and clear communication
This platform is new to architects, therefore it doesn't have yet the chance to choose skills and softwares from their list. I can use a variety of 2D and 3D programs it wasn't possible to add.

What's included

  • Concept Design

    Visualizing preliminary ideas and options with: - Sketches - 2D drawings - 3D and Render images - Phisical mockups

  • Moodboards & Finding materials Supplier and/or Contractor

    - Choosing materials by creating an arrangement of images, materials, pieces of text, etc. intended to evoke or project the potential style or concept of the house - Finding materials Supplier - Finding contractor

  • Preliminary Design

    2D early stage drawings package aiming at defining spaces and solutions: - Plans - Sections - Elevations

  • Technical Drawings

    2D accurate drawings set aiming at defining all aspects of the project on a variety of smaller scales: - Plans - Sections - Elevations - Details

  • 3D Model & Render Images for impressions

    - Building the 3D model - Extracting nice realistic or non-realistic images

  • Structural consulting (if needed)

    In case of a large and complex structure I will be consulting with structural engineer
