Hi, I am Margherita an Italian children's book illustrator, my goal is to help authors and writers bring their stories to life.
For more than a year I have been collaborating with publishing houses and private writers on children's books and school illustrations.
Have you ever had a fantastic children's story written but had no idea how to represent it? How it could be developed within the pages of the book or how to bring the characters and settings to life?
Well, I also have always loved to invent stories in order to tell them to anyone who would listen and it was the strong need to bring the characters and stories I was creating to life that pushed me to become an illustrator.
I think that when making illustrations for a book, the most important thing is to be able to best capture the emotions of the characters and make them shine through facial expressions and gestural movements.
In my illustrations I always try to make funny and amusing characters by placing them in lively and dynamic contexts.
I undertake the entire stage of the book creation processe with the utmost enthusiasm and attention to detail.
