This service goes beyond a standard website build - it covers the architecture of the membership experience itself: how members join, what they see, how they progress, and how they stay engaged over time.

The engagement opens with a Membership Architecture Workshop, a structured session that maps out the membership tiers, content access rules, onboarding flow, and community guidelines. This produces a clear blueprint before any design or technical work begins.

The Design Phase produces Figma mockups for the public-facing membership landing page, the logged-in member dashboard, the content library, and the community feed. Visual design follows the client's brand identity or is developed as part of this engagement if a brand refresh is needed.

The Kajabi Build Phase covers the complete technical setup: membership products and pricing pages, Kajabi Communities configuration (channels, categories, moderation settings), content library with access gating, live event calendar, and Stripe payment integration with trial periods and upgrade paths. The Kajabi mobile app is configured and tested so members have a native experience on iOS and Android.

The Onboarding & Retention Flow includes a welcome email sequence, a first-week content drip, and a re-engagement automation for members who have not logged in for 14 days - all built inside Kajabi Pipelines.

A Launch Checklist & Handoff Session ensures the client can manage day-to-day operations: publishing new content, approving community posts, running promotions, and reading the analytics dashboard.
