Summary

As a social media manager, my service is focused on helping businesses and individuals improve their online presence and engagement through strategic use of social media platforms. The scope of each project will depend on the specific needs and goals of the client, but typically involves the following phases:
Discovery: In the initial phase, I will work with the client to understand their business, brand, and goals, as well as their current social media presence and audience. This involves conducting research and analysis, and may include a competitive analysis and an audit of their current social media profiles.
Strategy Development: Based on the insights gained in the discovery phase, I will develop a comprehensive social media strategy that outlines the goals, target audience, messaging, content themes, posting schedule, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the project.
Content Creation and Scheduling: With the strategy in place, I will begin creating and scheduling content for the client's social media profiles. This may include original content (such as images, videos, and blog posts), curated content from relevant sources, and promotional content for events, products, or services.
Community Management and Engagement: As content is published, I will actively manage the client's social media profiles, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring and moderating conversations to ensure a positive and on-brand experience for all users.
Analytics and Reporting: Throughout the project, I will closely monitor the performance of the social media profiles, using analytics tools to measure engagement, reach, and other KPIs. This data will be used to refine and optimize the strategy as needed, and to provide regular reporting to the client on progress and results.
Before working with a client, I like to establish clear guidelines for communication, feedback, and expectations. I believe in open and transparent communication throughout the project, and will work closely with the client to ensure their needs and goals are met.
