Initial Consultation: Begin discussing the client's vision, objectives, and requirements. This is an opportunity to understand their expectations and gather essential information about the project.

Proposal and Agreement: Based on the initial discussion, provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and cost.

Blocking Phase: Start with animation blocking, where the storytelling are created. This phase is crucial for establishing the style, flow and key elements of the animation.

Client Feedback and Approval: Present the concepts to the client for feedback. This iterative process ensures that the client's input is incorporated and their vision is accurately represented.

Design and Animation: Once the concept is approved, move into spline the animation phase, in this phase the animation should have the main bits "closed" and it's a phase for polishing and getting the timings right.

Progress Reviews: Regularly update the client on the progress and incorporate their feedback. This collaborative approach keeps the client engaged and ensures the project stays on track.

Post-Production: After the animation is complete, if agreed on the beginning I'll add lights and a background/alpha to render the animation.

Final Review and Revisions: Present the completed animation to the client for final review. Make any necessary revisions based on their feedback to ensure the final product meets their expectations.

Delivery: Upon final approval, deliver the completed animation in the desired format. Ensure that it's optimized for the platforms where it will be showcased.
