Process

Project Process Overview:
Discovery and Needs Assessment - We’ll kick off with a discovery session to review your team’s goals, challenges, audiences, and any regulatory or technical requirements that shape your training needs.
Strategic Training Architecture Development - Using insights from Discovery & Needs Assessment, I’ll design a strategic training framework that defines critical skills, knowledge areas, and performance gaps your program must address.
Curriculum Blueprint Creation - I’ll map out a full curriculum structure with learning objectives, key topics, module sequencing, and recommended delivery formats (e.g., eLearning, workshops, video).
Resource and Infrastructure Assessment - I’ll assess your current resources (including LMS platforms, content libraries, and team capabilities) to inform a realistic and scalable training plan. (Note: LMS implementation and platform setup are separate services.)
Delivery of Actionable Training Blueprint - You’ll receive a clear, detailed blueprint outlining the training strategy, curriculum structure, and resource recommendations, ready to hand off to a build team or move forward internally.
Optional: Ongoing Fractional Support - Once the blueprint is approved, you have the option to engage me as a fractional Learning Architect to oversee training development, vendor management, and launch execution; or pass the blueprint to your internal team.

Any current training materials, policies, or program outlines (if available)
Access to key stakeholders for interviews or discovery (HR, compliance, sales, etc.)
List of any regulatory, technical, or performance requirements for your teams
Insight into your existing tech stack (LMS, content platforms) for resource assessment
Target timeline or launch expectations, if applicable

    Using the strategic architecture as a foundation, I’ll map out a curriculum with clear learning objectives, recommended modules, key topics, and ideal delivery formats.

  • Final Actionable Training Blueprint Document

    You’ll receive a clear, actionable blueprint that summarizes your strategic training needs, curriculum design, and recommendations to guide future course development or learning initiatives.
