Project Process Overview:
Discovery and Needs Assessment - We’ll kick off with a discovery session to review your team’s goals, challenges, audiences, and any regulatory or technical requirements that shape your training needs.
Strategic Training Architecture Development - Using insights from Discovery & Needs Assessment, I’ll design a strategic training framework that defines critical skills, knowledge areas, and performance gaps your program must address.
Curriculum Blueprint Creation - I’ll map out a full curriculum structure with learning objectives, key topics, module sequencing, and recommended delivery formats (e.g., eLearning, workshops, video).
Resource and Infrastructure Assessment - I’ll assess your current resources (including LMS platforms, content libraries, and team capabilities) to inform a realistic and scalable training plan. (Note: LMS implementation and platform setup are separate services.)
Delivery of Actionable Training Blueprint - You’ll receive a clear, detailed blueprint outlining the training strategy, curriculum structure, and resource recommendations, ready to hand off to a build team or move forward internally.
Optional: Ongoing Fractional Support - Once the blueprint is approved, you have the option to engage me as a fractional Learning Architect to oversee training development, vendor management, and launch execution; or pass the blueprint to your internal team.

  • Final Actionable Training Blueprint Document
