FAQs

• How many revisions will be offered?

  I will typically only offer two drafts sent in a low quality, compressed format for feedback to make revisions.

• What is the turn around time for graphics?

  I will do my best to have small projects done within two weeks unless otherwise discussed. It could potentially be shorter or longer depending on the communication time and amount of editing that needs to be done in revisions.

• How do we communicate/meet with you?

  Currently I am only communicating via email and messaging on this site and will do my best to return emails same day but it may be any time within 48 hours unless it's the weekend or a holiday.

• Graphic Ownership.

  While the client will technically own the finished graphic to with what they want, I will own the rights to be able to post it in my portfolios and on social media showcasing my work and can tag the client on the Instagram post if they would like.
