Summary

The AI Proof of Concept (POC) Service delivers a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform connectors to rapidly build and test AI use cases. We create a backend database using available tools like Dataverse, Databricks, or Excel, and develop a front-end interface through the Power Platform or a custom solution. This POC is not intended to be a fully scalable solution but provides a functional prototype for clients to start beta testing. The performance of the MVP is tracked via a Power BI dashboard, and the results are presented in a detailed PowerPoint, offering insights and recommendations for next steps. This allows clients to test AI use cases and assess value before making larger investments in scaling.
