Design Development
3D Model Development – A detailed digital model translating the concept into a tangible space. 3D Renderings – High-quality visuals showcasing how the design will look with lighting, materials, and finishes. Form & Material Exploration – Further refinement of spatial elements, material transitions, and how different finishes interact. Rapid Prototyping – Quick physical or digital mock-ups to test design elements, materials, and spatial interactions before finalizing decisions. Refined Design Plans – Updated layouts and drawings that bring the concept schematics closer to final execution. Material & Finish Selections – Curation of surface materials, fixtures, and finishes to define the aesthetic and functionality. Project Management
Contractor Briefing – Providing a clear overview of the project to the contractor, ensuring they understand the design intent, scope, and key milestones. Vendor Collaboration – Working closely with vendors to coordinate product specifications, materials, and timelines. Securing Quotes – Obtaining quotes from suppliers, contractors, and vendors for all necessary materials and services, ensuring budget alignment. Order Support – Managing orders for materials, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring accurate tracking and fulfillment. Shipment Management – Overseeing the shipping and delivery of items, ensuring everything arrives on time and in perfect condition.
