The Financial File Review & Readiness Assessment is a fixed-price diagnostic service designed to provide organizations with a clear, professional understanding of the current state of their financial records.
This service delivers an independent review of bookkeeping structure and accuracy, financial reporting quality, payroll and compliance handling (if applicable), and the supporting accounting technology and financial processes in place. The purpose is to identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and to outline what actions are needed to strengthen financial integrity, reporting reliability, and overall financial readiness.
The Financial File Review is ideal for organizations that:
manage their bookkeeping internally (DIY),
are transitioning between service providers,
want an independent assessment of their financial records,
or need clarity before improving reporting, compliance, or financial processes.
This service does not include bookkeeping corrections, cleanup work, system setup, or ongoing support. Instead, it provides a written professional review with findings and recommendations that can be implemented internally or with a service provider of the organization’s choice.
If, after completing the Financial File Review, the client decides to continue with Monthly Bookkeeping & Payroll – Ongoing Finance Support, the fee paid for the Financial File Review will be credited toward the third month of service.
After purchasing the service, you will receive a link to schedule a discovery call and instructions to securely provide access to the required financial files and systems.
The Financial File Review is typically completed within 7–10 business days after all required access and information have been provided.
