Project Process:

✦ After submitting an inquiry with information about your publication, goals, page count, timeline, and requirements, we'll schedule a Zoom meeting to discuss the project's scope, audience, content structure, and creative direction.

✦ Based on the project's complexity, page count, and requirements, I'll provide an accurate pricing quote. Once approved, a 1/3 (one-third of the final cost) non-refundable deposit will be placed. You'll then provide all final text content, images, branding assets, and any print specifications received from your printing provider.

✦ Once everything is ready, I'll begin developing the publication's visual direction, layout structure, typography system, and design concepts. We'll review the proposed direction together and discuss any refinements before moving into full production.

✦ I'll continue designing and refining the publication according to the approved direction. At this stage, you'll receive review files and proofs to ensure that both content and design are progressing as expected. Once this stage is approved, another 1/3 (one-third of the final cost) payment will be placed.

✦ After all layouts are completed, you'll receive the near-final publication for review. This is your opportunity to request revisions and ensure all content is accurate before final delivery.

✦ Now it's publication time! The final 1/3 (one-third of the final cost) payment will be placed, and you'll receive the finalized files, along with any print-ready exports included in the project scope.

Important Notes:

~ Clients are responsible for providing final approved content, imagery, and any technical printing specifications supplied by their chosen printing provider. While I prepare files according to the provided requirements and industry best practices, final verification of all specifications and print compatibility remains the client's responsibility before production begins.

~ Pricing varies based on page count, publication type, content readiness, complexity, and production requirements.
