FAQs
How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects take between 2–4 weeks, depending on the package. A simple starter site can be ready in about 1–2 weeks, while larger, custom projects take longer.
Do I need to provide the text and images?
For the Starter package, yes — you’ll provide your own text and photos (we can advise). For the Business and Premium packages, we include stock images and help polish your copy. Custom copywriting and curated visuals are available as add-ons if you’d like us to handle it completely.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes! We build with tools that allow you to edit text, images, and even add new products or blog posts without needing technical skills.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes! After launch, you can choose a maintenance plan where we take care of updates, backups, and small changes. Or you can contact us for support whenever you need it.
What’s included in the price?
Each package comes with design, development, and setup of your website. Hosting and domain costs are separate, but we’ll guide you through choosing the best option.
What if I need more than what’s in the package?
That’s where add-ons come in: branding, SEO, custom copywriting, and more. We’ll discuss what makes sense for your business before starting.
How do payments work?
We usually take 50% upfront and 50% when the site is ready to launch. For larger projects, we can split payments into milestones.
