• How long does it take to complete a UX/UI design project?

  The timeline depends on the complexity and scope of the project. A simple landing page might take a few days, whereas a full website or app could take several weeks. I’ll provide a detailed timeline after reviewing your requirements.

• What tools do you use for UX/UI design?

  I've been using Figma and Adobe XD, as well as Photoshop and Illustrator, but am willing to learn Sketch, InVision, etc. as needed. For prototyping and collaboration, I've used other tools such as Miro and Milanote as well.

• Can you redesign an existing website or app?

  Yes, I can. Please provide the current design and details about what you want to improve or change. I’ll review the existing design and propose enhancements to improve usability and aesthetics.

• Do you provide the source files?

  Yes, upon completion of the project, I will provide all source files, including the design files in Figma, Adobe XD, etc, as well as any assets used.

• Do you conduct user research or usability testing?

  Basic user research and usability testing can be included upon request. For more comprehensive research, I can assist in planning and executing usability tests, but this will be at an additional cost.

• What if I’m not satisfied with the design?

  Client satisfaction is my top priority. If you’re not happy with the design, I’ll work with you to understand your concerns and make the necessary adjustments. Clear communication is key to ensuring you get the design you envision.
