  This would include a research of the brand's industry, their competitors, target audience & talk of the people. This will help understand the kind of tone and personality the brand needs to build to connect with audience in a much relatable way.

• Social Media Moderation

  Catering comments & messages left by prospects and helping them with their queries.

• Social Media Calendar

  The social media calendar would consist of the topics and ideas the brand should work on to gain their audiences' attention. This would also include separate calendars for each social channel, e.g.; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

• Copy & Content Writing

  All posts & advertisements on social media require copy writing & captions for each post. The content is crafted especially according your brand & target market to ensure that it meets the brand values and there is a consistency in tone, which will eventually help in spreading the brand message

• PPC Advertisements

  This would include setting up a PPC strategy for all social channels and introduce ideas (with content) based on the strategy. Each platform interacts differently and keeping that in mind, the advertisements will be tailor made for maximum engagement!

• Design

  Finally we have all the creative work involved for Social Media. This includes creating graphic content for everyday posts, SM campaigns, and advertisements. The designs would be in accordance with the brand bible & guidelines provided.
