What do I need to have ready before we start?
A clear understanding of your business, your goals, and your target audience is a great start. If you’re unsure, don’t worry - my discovery process will help us get complete clarity.
How long does the branding process take?
Typically, branding projects take between 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the package and responsiveness during feedback rounds. I’ll provide a custom timeline once we start.
What if I’m not sure about my brand direction yet?
That’s totally okay. Part of my process includes strategic guidance and visual exploration to help uncover your brand's essence and direction - even if you’re starting from scratch.
How many revisions do I get?
Each package includes a set number of revisions: Essential: 2 rounds Comprehensive: 3 rounds Premium: Unlimited revisions within scope I always aim to get things right early through alignment in the strategy and moodboard phase.
Will I own the final designs?
Yes! Once the project is complete and final payment is made, you’ll have full ownership and usage rights of your brand assets.
What files will I receive?
You’ll get a complete brand folder with all the final files in formats for print, web, and digital use - including AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, and SVG as needed. I also include a style guide so you or your team know how to use them properly.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project?
Yes - for Premium packages, I include 30 days of post-project support. For others, I’m always available for add-on work or brand expansion as your business grows.
Can you also help with social media, website, or packaging design?
Absolutely. While branding is the foundation, I also offer additional design services like social media kits, packaging design, and website layouts - we can discuss these based on your needs.
