Starting with a free consultation, we’ll craft a custom script that aligns with your brand’s tone, followed by a professionally narrated, 2-3 minute video. You’ll also receive 5-10 edited stills, creating versatile content to boost engagement and convert interest into bookings.

Process

Free Consultation – We start with a complimentary consultation to discuss your retreat’s vision, brand, and goals for the video.
Script Development Meeting – We’ll meet to outline the script, ensuring it captures the essence of your retreat and conveys all necessary information. During this stage, we’ll discuss any essential visuals or key phrases that need to be included, making sure the script aligns perfectly with your vision.
Scheduling & Ongoing Communication – We maintain open communication to schedule video shoots and confirm timelines, ensuring everything aligns with your availability.
Coordination of Key Participants – We coordinate with any team members, facilitators, or other individuals who will appear in the video to ensure they’re prepared and available.
Video Shoot Direction – On shoot days, we lead and direct the filming to bring your vision to life, ensuring that every shot captures the desired mood and message.
First Draft Delivery – Once editing is complete, you’ll receive the initial draft of the video for review.
Revisions – You’ll have two opportunities to request adjustments to fine-tune the final product to your satisfaction.
