AI Phone Receptionist — Twilio + Claude Voice AutomationRakibul Hasan
Your phone rings 24/7 — mine answers it for you.
I build AI-powered phone receptionists that answer inbound calls, understand natural speech, book appointments, send SMS confirmations, and post full call transcripts to your CRM — all without a human on the other end.
Built on Twilio Programmable Voice + Claude (Haiku) + Node.js. Each system is configured for your business via a simple .env file: business name, hours, staff phone for transfers, webhook URL for your CRM or n8n workflow.
What's included😍
→ Natural language call handling (no "press 1" menus)
→ Multi-turn conversation memory per call
→ Appointment booking with SMS confirmation to caller
→ Human transfer for urgent calls
→ Post-call webhook: full transcript + caller info sent to n8n, Make, or Zapier
→ Deployed to Railway or Render (or your own server)
→ Full source code + documentation handed over
Cost to run: ~$0.017 per call. A part-time receptionist costs $15/hour. The math is obvious.
