A design retainer is an ongoing service that allows you to reserve a set number of design hours each month for your business. During that time, I’ll handle all your design needs, providing consistent and timely support.

We’ll discuss your typical design needs during our discovery call to determine the ideal number of hours to ensure your projects run smoothly and efficiently.
The retainer covers social media graphics, marketing flyers, digital ads, website banners, business collateral, merchandise design, and more—excluding presentation design and infographics. Rebranding and website design are separate services and are not included in the monthly retainer.
Yes, you can adjust your monthly hours to match your fluctuating design needs. Just let me know in advance, and we’ll make the necessary adjustments.
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. It’s important to utilize your allotted hours within the month to make the most of your retainer.
If you need more work than your selected hours, I will continue working on overage hours. Any additional hours will be invoiced separately at the end of the month.
I refer to your brand guidelines and review past work to ensure that every design aligns with your established brand style, tone, and values.
Yes, any work that exceeds your monthly retainer hours will be charged at the agreed hourly rate and invoiced separately at the end of the month.
You can submit your design requests via our client portal, where you’ll also be able to track progress. I will log the time spent on each task to keep everything organized and transparent.
Simply provide two weeks’ notice, and we’ll ensure any ongoing projects are wrapped up before ending or pausing the service.
We offer both month-to-month options for flexibility, as well as a minimum three-month commitment to lock in your rate for the duration.
Revisions are included within the agreed-upon hours, and I work closely with you to ensure the final designs meet your expectations. Additional revisions outside the agreed hours will be charged at the hourly rate.
Typically, turnaround time is 1-3 days, depending on the complexity of the request and the number of hours booked. Larger projects will have longer timelines, but I’ll provide an estimated completion date upfront.
