1) Understand the business requirements, identify knowledge transfer experts or repository and understand the audiences

2) Engage client from Day1 with updates on progress - set up calendar invites and start learning more about the project.

3) Prepare the layout and get a buy-in.

4) Start building content and delving deeper after the layout is finalized. Storyboarding, collaborating graphics/animation teams

5) Start review cycles after preparing the 1st finished product.

6) Incorporate the review comments and make it ready for release. Prepare and package the end product and do a handover with a formal confirmation from the client.
