I am Levan, with four years of experience working on hand-drawn animation and motion shapes. I draw animation in traditional (frame by frame) style animations. It is made by Wacom tablet, in Photoshop, so the project will be delivered as Psd Gif and MOV files (not Premiere or After Effects). It will have the same quality, and it will be editable.
