Charting your course: Discussion to identify pain points, areas of focus, and create a roadmap.

Curating your tech toolkit: Identification and evaluation of the existing tech stack and any new tools needed to accomplish your automation goals. This is an ongoing analysis as well.

Building your systems: Collaboration in a shared dashboard where we both bring automation ideas, identify pain points, and handle new requests. Develop systems by priority, and prepare and deliver final deliverables.

Your strategic partner: Optional bi-weekly strategy calls and dedicated Slack support channel for quick questions (within support hours).

What automation tools do you use?
I specialize in Make and n8n, and I’m also fluent in Zapier, Lindy, Lovable, Cursor and various AI modules. I’ll recommend the platform that best fits your stack, goals and budget.
What if I only want a one-time automation?
No problem, one-off projects are welcome. Just reach out with your requirements and I’ll scope the work, then send over a fixed-price quote and timeline.
Do you have experience in any particular industry?
I’m a CPA with 7+ years of consulting experience - 6 of those in public accounting across 10–15 industries. I’ve built AI automations for accounting firms, law practices, home service companies and digital agencies, and I can apply the same proven approach to any other industry.
How do we collaborate and stay in sync?
Shared dashboard: I bring automation ideas from what I see and build in the space, and you bring real-world pain points and requests specific to what you're experiencing in your business. Asynchronous updates: Loom videos and email summaries for walkthroughs and progress checks. Real-time support: Slack (or your preferred chat) channel for quick questions. Strategy meetings: Bi-weekly calls to review progress, refine priorities and plan next steps.
Do you sign an NDA or confidentiality agreement?
Absolutely - I have standard language included in my contracts to ensure confidentiality. If you prefer a standalone agreement, I'm happy to review and sign it.
