  A thorough discovery process ensures we're solving the right problems and focusing our efforts where they'll have the most impact on your business goals. Each product and situation is unique, and I tailor this stage according to your particular needs. For existing products, a UX/UI audit will allow us to detect what doesn’t perform at the highest level and why. For brand-new products, I will propose insightful research strategies that will get us closer to our customers. For products that already have a well of information about their customers, we will organize it all neatly and succinctly in a FigJam document that will serve as a source of truth for the project. Typically, at the end of this stage, I will provide you with: Actionable insights based on a UX/UI audit (if needed) - User research tactics (if required) - A feature roadmap and project timeline - A FigJam document serving as a source of truth
