A one-week website sprint for B2B SaaS and AI startups: on Monday we agree the message, on Friday your site is live.
A sprint is one focused week: I work only on your project, we talk every day, and decisions happen in hours, not weeks.
Who this is for Startups with a launch, demo day or raise coming, and firms that need a credible site fast. It works best with one decision-maker who can reply the same day.
What's included
Strategy workshop (90 minutes) on day 1: audience, one-line message, proof, the one action you want.
Homepage plus 2 pages (for example About and Contact, or Pricing), designed and built in Framer.
Copy written with you during the week, or a polish of yours.
Responsive build for desktop, tablet and phone, with a form connected to your inbox, CRM or scheduling tool.
Simple CMS: up to 2 collections (blog, changelog or case studies), each with a page template and SEO fields, and up to 6 items loaded.
SEO and AI search (AEO) basics: titles and descriptions, structured data, copy that answers buyers' questions in plain text, access for Google, Bing and AI search crawlers, Search Console and analytics.
Privacy and accessibility: cookie consent and a privacy page set up with your policy text, forms that only collect what you need, and every page checked against WCAG 2.2 AA (contrast, keyboard use, focus, alt text, headings, form labels).
Domain connection and launch.
Handover video, one buffer day for fixes and 2 weeks of support.
Optional: Brand Day (+$800) Outdated brand, or none yet? Add one day before the sprint (the Friday before) and I build a brand starter kit: two logo or wordmark directions, one refined, with SVG and PNG files, favicon, colours, type pairing and a one-page brand sheet. It gets you live fast now and gives you a clean base for a full brand project later.
Quality standard Fast doesn’t mean templated. A short timeline comes from focus, not shortcuts.
No AI slop or templates. Designed from a blank canvas around your business; no filler copy, stock gradients or a template with your logo swapped in.
Fast on phones. Images, video and scripts optimised, and tested with Google PageSpeed on a real phone before launch. You get the results.
Small but complete. Three pages with a simple CMS, SEO and AI search set up, not a mock-up you have to finish later.
Easy to change. You edit pages and posts yourself after the handover video.
How I use AI I use AI where it makes the work better, steered the way a senior designer steers a team:
Where it helps: research, first drafts, content migration, QA checks and custom code components, so more of your budget goes into strategy and design.
How it's steered: it works inside a system I've built for Framer projects, fed with your brand, sitemap, design system and clear rules, and every output is reviewed before it reaches you.
What stays with me: positioning, design decisions and the final call on every page. Anything you'd rather keep out of AI tools stays out.
How the week runs
Before Monday: you fill in a short brief and send your logo, product screens and any copy.
Day 0, the Friday before (optional Brand Day): brand starter kit, approved by evening.
Day 1, Strategy: workshop, then the message and sitemap for your approval by evening.
Day 2, Direction: homepage wireframe and two visual directions for the first screen. You choose by midday (review round 1).
Day 3, Design: all three pages designed with real copy. One consolidated round of feedback (review round 2).
Day 4, Build: Framer build, responsive layouts, forms and interactions.
Day 5, Launch: QA on real devices, SEO and AEO basics, launch and a handover call.
Day 6, the following Monday: kept free for any last fixes.
How we work together
A shared Slack channel or WhatsApp group for the week, with replies within 1 working hour.
A 15-minute check-in at a time that suits you each day, and an end-of-day video update.
Every decision written in the portal the same day, so nothing is lost between calls.
What I need from you Same-day feedback (within 3 working hours) and one person who can approve. If feedback slips, the launch day moves with it.
Good to know Sprints start on Mondays. A 50% deposit through Contra holds your week; the other 50% is funded before launch day. Need more than 3 pages? Add pages to a second sprint week, or choose the 4-week website.
What you get A live three-page Framer site on your domain, built on an agreed message, set up for Google and AI search, that your team can edit, plus 2 weeks of support. With the Brand Day, a brand starter kit too.
