• How long does the process take?

• Can I use the music elsewhere?

  Yes! The music we license for your reel is cleared for your commercial use in the reel and its derivative versions.

• What if I don't like the initial edit?

  We include 4 revision rounds in the base package to ensure the final product perfectly matches your vision. Additional rounds are available for $50 each.

• Do you provide the project files?

  We offer source file delivery (After Effects project) as a $90 add-on. This gives you full flexibility for future updates.

• What makes your reels different from DIY or cheaper alternatives?

  We apply professional producer thinking—strategic narrative flow, cinematic sound design, and multi-platform optimization—not just basic editing. This is a marketing asset designed for ROI.

• Can I feature work under NDA?

  Absolutely. We can create placeholder titles or use approved public-facing shots. Client confidentiality is always respected.

• What's your revision policy?

  Revisions must be consolidated and submitted within 2 business days of receiving the cut. We don't charge for fixing our errors.

• Do you work with beginners or only experienced artists?

  We work with all levels, but recommend having at least 5-7 strong pieces to create a compelling reel. If you're early in your career, we can discuss a shorter format.
