My prices reflect the value of these practical, actionable designs, ensuring your project is ready for council and construction drawings with confidence.

Process

**Inception:**

- Assist in developing a clear project brief and schedule of accommodation.

- Begin with site and building setup and regulations.

- Determine the availability of data, drawings, and plans related to the project.

- Advise on consultants and services required depending on the size of the project.

- Appoint an Architect of Record (AOR) in the local area to advise on rights, constraints, consents, and approvals.

**Design Concept:**

- Prepare the concept design.

- Clarify and confirm the project space norm to optimize functional and operational efficiency.

- Suggest general construction materials and intended finishes.

- Provide information to potential consultants for suitable estimates.

- Create 3D views of the spaces with preliminary finishes.

- Prepare and submit a presentation of the design concept to the client.

**Design Development:**

- Refine the design and incorporate and coordinate other consultants' designs into the building.

- Prepare design development drawings, including finishes descriptions.

- Review the budget in conjunction with other consultants.
