Summary

It's hard, if not impossible, to define and describe one process that fits all, since it always depends on the scope of the project and many more variables. To define that process it's usually best to discuss this in person.
Still, I'll try to give you an idea of what information I usually require. Here a few of the questions I often ask clients:
is there a finished design?
do you have hosting / a domain?
do you require a CMS?
what are the OKRs (Objectives and key results) of the project?
what's the timeframe / deadline?
Once these questions have been answered, the scope has been defined and I received all the relevant information and context to start working, I will be able to create my offer.

What's included

  • 01. Preview Website

    After the first development phase there will be a preview, a first draft or MVP if you will, of the website for customers to look at.

  • 02. Continuous Staging

    After the Preview version has been shared the rest of the website will be finished. These changes and improvements will be added to the "Staging Website".

  • 03. Testing

    Once all features have been implemented and all requirements met, the finished website will be tested over a certain agreed upon amount of time (depending on the scope of the project).

  • 04. Release ✧ Finished Website / Web Application

    As soon as the testing phase has been successfully completed, the website will go live.
