If you haven't seen them yet, here's how they work... Someone asks ChatGPT a question about your category, ChatGPT answers, and your ad shows up right underneath that answer. So you're getting in front of people who are actively trying to figure out what to buy. It reminds me a lot of the early days of Facebook ads. Most brands haven't touched it yet, and the ones who get in now get to learn the platform before it gets crowded.
Opening the ad account only takes a few minutes and anyone can do it. It's everything around the account that's easy to skip. People don't check what ChatGPT already says about their brand. The tracking isn't set up right, so they can't tell what the ads actually did. And they paste in their Facebook ad copy, which doesn't work here because these ads are tiny and they need to answer the question the person just asked.
