I’m skilled at identifying key themes in research notes, and can interpret user feedback to draw out valuable insights and action them into product features.

My approach to research is friendly and curious, making participants feel comfortable and able to share their thoughts with me. 

I have experience using qualitative and quantitative research methods including surveys, interviews, diary studies and focus groups. I’m comfortable choosing the best methodology for a project and trying something new where necessary. 

I’m a great communicator and can design decks and present my findings to stakeholders and colleagues confidently and clearly.
