Your buyers need to see themselves in your work before they say yes.
I interview your customer to capture their real experience — how they described the problem, what it was like to work with you, and what changed. The result is a case study written from their perspective, not yours. When future buyers recognise themselves in that story, they get it.
What’s included:
A 30 minute customer interview
A structured narrative built around their before, during and after journey
Multiple real quotes
500–700 words (fits 2–4 PDF pages)
Two rounds of revisions
PDF guide on how to use and repurpose your case study
"I can't recommend Sara enough! She's written a case study by interviewing one of my clients and it's been a seamless process from start to finish. She keeps you updated along the way so you know exactly where you are. Everything is beautifully written and I couldn't be happier with the process or the work she's produced."
— Jo Woods, Leadership and Development Coach
Interview-based case studies from €1,250.
FAQs
The full process typically takes 2–4 weeks from kick-off to final delivery, depending on availability for the interview and approvals. Once I've interviewed your customer, I'll deliver the first draft within 2 weeks. After that, the timeline depends on how quickly you and your customer can review and approve.
Happy customers usually want to help. They appreciate what you've done for them, and sharing their story creates visibility while helping others in similar situations. I can provide a template email that makes the ask easy. If they prefer to stay anonymous, we can write the case study without naming them or their company. If they're still not comfortable, it's better to choose a different customer who's excited to share their story.
I need two things: a short completed kick-off brief and an email introduction to your customer. I'll take it from there — scheduling the interview, managing revisions, and coordinating approvals.
Not every result shows up in a spreadsheet. Positive outcomes can be about time saved, less stress, better communication, more confidence, or stronger working relationships. If your customer's work or life genuinely improved — even without a number to attach to it — there's a story worth telling.
No, the case study is delivered as a formatted Google doc. You can use it as-is or hand it to your designer for layout.
