Summary

I have past experience in end-to-end production of marketing campaigns with budgets up to 300,000 GBP. I'm aware of a lot of risks in production and have a solid understanding of how to handle and allocate budgets for creative production. In this initial consultation and project assessment, I can make sure that the risk of unforeseen circumstances is minimised and that the project scope and responsibilities are clear from the start.

A one-on-one consultation to discuss briefly about the project overall and talk through some key areas to establish the desired outcomes of the project, it's timeframes, key milestones, key team members and stakeholders, resources available and any initial risks.
Project Assessment
A one page project summary outlining the following: Project Overview Project Scope Project risks and how to mitigate them Key Stakeholders and their areas of responsibility Key team members and their areas of responsibility Project budget and an initial high level breakdown A high level timeline with key milestones identified Recommendations for alignment meeting dates and sign-off dates.
