About this service
Summary
I believe in building long-term relationships with my clients based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service. My goal is to alleviate the burden of financial management so you can focus on what you do best and most passionate about.
Process
My process changes based on your personal needs, however, standard process will include the following:
1. I will set up a virtual meeting for us to meet. Here I want to hear all about your business, journey, and why you are needing bookkeeping services. Based on your needs, I will tell you what will be the best approach to your needs and how I will be able to help you meet those needs. I will also describe additional ways that I will be able to assist as your company grows.
2. Once we agree to work together, I will ask you to send me an invite to your QuickBooks Online profile or share your last 3 bank statements so that I can see all your account activities and provide an exact quote and how long it will take to complete.
3. I will set up another meeting where I will ask you about your current bookkeeping process. Although I take over your bookkeeping duties, I want to make sure that you are understanding my processes. That being said, if you have a process you are currently using, I will want to continue that approach and build form there.
4. Once we are in full agreement in our expectations for each other, I will get started on categorizing and reconciling your accounts and will keep you updated throughout the process.
