About this service

Summary

I have over 5 years in public speaking and storytelling. I am passionate about sharing motivating and inspirational stories from my lived experience as a transgender woman of Filipino descent, and as a person living with HIV. My stories invite audiences to engage in educational and humanistic dialogue about often stigmatized and marginalized experiences.
In addition to my recent roles in UX Research Operations, I recently worked with the San Francisco Dept. of Public Health (SFDPH) on a pilot research study assessing the barriers for trans women living with HIV to accessing mental health and substance use services. I also work with the GLSEN National Student Council and offer support to LGBTQ+ student leaders. I have a passion for learning, and I am currently interested in digital health and equity-focused design.
