An online form to be filled out by you which will allow you to clearly detail current operations systems in place, any weak points you have already identified, current strengths you have identified and general business information so I can understand your business fully.

A 90 minute live zoom session with myself in which we discuss details from the questionnaire, I discuss with you my thoughts and recommendations going forward, walk you through any quick changes and troubleshoot on the call. You will also receive a Q&A portion at the end to ask any final questions.

You will be provided with a recorded file of our zoom session together to refer back to whenever is needed.

You will receive a detailed action plan document, detailing any next steps you have to take and how you do so.
