Scope & deliverables:

• 1 system prompt for 1 bot/agent on 1 platform (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Custom GPT, n8n AI node)

• Short intake questionnaire covering goal, audience, tone, do/don't rules

• Role, tone, boundaries, and fallback/escalation behavior defined in the prompt

• Testing against 10 sample conversations, with the test transcripts shared

• A one-page usage note explaining each section of the prompt and how to edit it

Out of scope: Building or hosting the bot, integrations or API setup, knowledge-base/RAG setup, multiple agents, ongoing tuning after revisions.

What you provide: Description of the bot's purpose and audience, brand/tone guidelines, any current prompt, 3–5 example questions users ask, and platform/model being used.
