• Stage 2: UX/UI Design

  1.Design Sprint meeting: 45 Minutes session to understand and brainstorm the Design ideas. 2.User Experience Journey Mapping: A comprehensive user journey map to create a cohesive user experience to ensure maximum user engagement. 3.Competitors Research: This includes researching the competition to ensure the project's design stands out from the rest. 4.App Style Guide: This includes designing the project's style guide. This document will include the colors, fonts, icons, Buttons, and other elements that will be used in the project's design. 5.Mockups Design on Figma: This includes creating mockups of the project in Figma illustrating the desired Screens design for the project. 6.Prototype Design on Figma: This includes creating a functioning prototype of the project in Figma linking all of the elements of the project's design and user journey.

• Stage 3: Front end and Backend development

  Database Design and deployment Frontend development Backend development Quality Review round.

• Stage 4: Quality Assesment

  QA Testing. Final review and bug fixes.
