1st week:
I will learn the problem of your business in a written brief (preferred. Format: document or PPT) or a 1 on 1 meeting.
I will design a customized workshop board on your preferred platform (Miro, FigJam, Mural.. anything virtual white board of your choice)
2nd week (if your schedule fits)
Conduct the workshop (~2.5hr) with your team in a collaborative manner. (The workshop can take multiple sessions if needed but it would cost more)
3rd - 4th week
Synthesize and organize the workshop findings in clear visual and written formats
Presentation to your team on major findings and ways to improve
Deliver artifacts (such as service blueprints) to your team
5th week and beyond - Extended services
