Scope of Work: - Full Brand Identity Design Package.
ETA for delivery: - 30-45 days approximately, post full payment is received.
This Branding project by IamJ Designs Co, will include “THREE LOGO COMPOSITION”+ the following deliverables: -
1) Primary & Secondary Logo
- Brand Introduction
- Logo concept explanation
- Why we feel this is "Right"?
- Logo Positioning (Vertical or Horizontal Styling / Layout)
- Favicon / Pixel version of your logo
2) Color Pallets
- Primary colors (Logo specific)
- Pantone color code
- Hexadecimal values
3) Brand Specific Typography
- Heading/Title Typeface
- Subheading Typeface
- Body Typeface
4) Stationery Design
- Business Card
- Letterheads
- Envelopes
5) Social Media Images
- Rectangle + Square resolution / layout (this will work with most social media platforms).
- Any custom size required- Do highlight it during "Discovery Phase".
- JPG/PNG Files for all logo variations
6) Brand Pattern or Textures (Subjective to the main mark)
Brand Patterns are one of the most exciting and interesting branding elements. They play an important role in creating strong brand recognition, bringing depth to a brand identity, and creating a memorable brand experience. In fact, sometimes a brand pattern can be more recognizable than the logo itself
7) Logo Grid System (logo spacing guidelines & Do's & Don'ts)
8) Brand photography or Mocks ups (to help with concept visualization & to showcase future brand extensions).
9) Final Deliverables
- Full Brand Identity Presentation PDF File
- You'll get 6 formats for logo files, AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, JPG and PNG.
- Logo Master file RGB & CMYK versions AI, EPS, CS6, CS5, CS4 and CS3.
- Stationery File CMYK version EPS / AI (If opted).
- Brand Specific Font Files (Zipped & Unzipped).
- Assignment of Copyright (Transfer of Ownership).
Your Rights are as follows:-
- We allow 3 chances of revision, for the Logo concept presented, if u need to do more than 3 revisions it’s chargeable at $1000/New Concept/Component.
- Revisions only Include Color tweaks, Editing Shapes, Resizing, Letter Spacing etc.
Intellectual property:-
- Trademark registration or research is not included in the "Brand Identity" package quoted above. Attorney fees will be additional to check on TM availability or research for the concept provided to ensure the mark is not conflicting with an existing registered brands in your Country.
Payment Terms are as follows:-
Payment method:- PayPal (paypal.me/iamjdesigns)
- Booking Amount 60% advance + Trademark Search Fees
- Mid Project Payment 30%
- Balance Amount 10% upon completion of the project
Project Kill Fees / Termination Fees Terms are as follows:-
- Termination fees of $399.00 USD is nonrefundable incase if you decide not to proceed further with this project and any balance amount over & above will be refunded from the booking amount, provided we are notified within 7 days from project start date.
