Process

Planning I’ll analyze your brand identity and existing website (if any) to ensure the new design aligns with your goals, brand guidelines, and audience needs.
Discovery Call We’ll start with a friendly chat to understand your vision, target users, and business objectives for the website.
Exploration & Research Deep dive into your project, studying your brief, researching competitors, and gathering inspiration to create a strong foundation for design.
Structure Create wireframes, user flows, and a sitemap to outline the layout and functionality of your website.
UI Concepts Design 2–3 initial UI concepts to test and refine the overall look, feel, and direction of your website.
Custom Website Design Develop polished, high-fidelity mockups for up to 5 pages, bringing your brand, content, and goals together in an engaging design.
Revisions We’ll collaborate on up to 2–3 rounds of revisions to refine the design and make sure every detail is perfect.
Responsive Design Ensure your website is fully responsive, working seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Developer Handoff Prepare organized design files, UI kits, and annotations for a smooth transition to development.
Post-Launch Support Offer guidance after launch to ensure the site runs smoothly, answer design-related questions, and provide light updates if needed.

  • Who is this for?

    This service is for businesses of all sizes who want to create a website that is effective and beautiful. It is especially ideal for businesses who are just starting out or who are redesigning their website.

  • How will we communicate and collaborate throughout the design process?

    For general communication we can use WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord. For revision rounds, we can schedule Google Meet/Zoom call or handle it through Figma comments.

  • How many changes can i request during the design process?

    I highly value your feedback and typically provide up to 3 rounds of revisions where you can request any reasonable changes to layout & design. I will reach out to you when my work is ready for feedback.

  • What if I need more than 3 rounds of revisions?

    I understand that some projects may require additional refinement. If you need more than three rounds of revisions, we can work on them as an add-on at my current hourly rate.

  • Can I update the website and add more pages after we finish the project?

    Yes, you can always reach out to me whenever you need an update. We can work on updates at an hourly or defined rate.
