What's included

• UX STRATEGY

  I will coordinate brand and style specifications, ensuring consistent representation of the brand across all channels included in the communications plan.

• PRODUCT PLANNING

  I will create, manage, and determine the highest priority items for the product backlog, answered questions the Scrum team had about acceptance criteria. Additionally, I will participate in a self-organized / self-managed team through daily Scrum meetings, backlog grooming, sprint reviews to solicit feedback on work being completed, sprint retrospectives and sprint planning.

• HUMAN-CENTERED DESIGN

  I will create user personas/user stories that represent the target audience, capturing their needs, goals, pain points, and behaviors. Additionally, I will craft user journey maps that illustrate the end-to-end user experience, mapping out touchpoints, emotions, and interactions across various stages.

• DIGITAL MOCKUPS

  I will design and present visually demos of the proposed application's layout, navigation, and functionality. Additionally, I will perform or participate in testing and compatibility checks to ensure consistent performance and visual integrity.

• USABILITY TESTING

  I will incorporate results of usability testing, along with recommendations for improvements, inform iterative design processes that prioritize user feedback.

• OPTIMIZATION & CONVERSION

  I will incorporate features and functions for search engine optimization that will use data to increase conversion. Additionally, I will design layouts optimized for various screen sizes, such as desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

• USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING

  I will ensure a user-friendly experience consistent with user acceptance testing. Additionally, I will ensure that the application functions flawlessly across various web browsers, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.
