Why should you work with me?
I received my degree in Interaction Design and Business Management. I have 4+ years of industry experience, freelancing for over two years working with start-up organization's UX/Product teams.
My curiosity led me to work on projects in a variety of fields from productivity apps, food tech, government internal systems, e-commerce and so much more.
Each project I've worked on is unique and I've enjoyed playing an active role in guiding products from whiteboard to life. It has strengthened my perception of how business, community and end-user needs factor in intersecting to create successful products that solve real problems.
What's included
UX Research Report
An insight on your current product that will include usability insights, areas of opportunity, accessibility and competitive analysis. Research method(s) can be customized determined by what pain points needs to be resolved: Surveys Interviews Competitive Analysis
Understanding Target Users
Through personas, empathy maps and journey maps.
UI Designs and/or Redesigns
In the form of wireframes, user flows, information architecture, site maps and high-fidelity UI prototypes. I can transfer these designs to a Framer site (a no-code tool) as well! (Note: I do not do hmtl, css or coding. What I would create is what to give to a developer.) ((I can do code overrides in Framer if you need custom interactions/elements in your site :))
