FAQs
What types of topics can you cover?
I can conduct literature reviews on a wide range of topics. My specialty areas include: - Design & UX – user experience, human-computer interaction, product usability - Business & Strategy – organizational behavior, management practices, entrepreneurship - Technology – digital products, AI, information systems, emerging tech trends - Economy & Markets – consumer behavior, economic trends, global/local market dynamics - Market Research – competitive landscapes, industry analysis, user research synthesis That said, I’m also flexible — if your topic falls outside these areas, I can adapt my process to find and synthesize relevant, credible sources.
How many sources are included?
The number of sources depends on the research topic, depth, and scope of your request. For example, a focused review on a niche design practice might draw from 5–7 high-quality sources, while a broader market research or technology trend analysis could include 12–15+ sources. I’ll always confirm the expected range during the kickoff so you know what to expect before I begin.
Do you only use academic articles?
Not necessarily. I combine peer-reviewed literature, industry reports, and credible online sources depending on your needs.
Can you adapt the review for non-academic audiences?
Yes! I often create executive summaries or stakeholder-ready presentations so insights are digestible and actionable.
How long does it take?
Most reviews take 1–2 weeks, depending on scope. A timeline will be agreed upon at kickoff. For faster needs, I also offer expedited reviews (3–5 days) for a smaller scope.
Do you offer ongoing research support?
Yes. If you’d like to stay current on a topic, I offer an optional Curated Source Digest as part of a retainer service. This includes a handpicked list of new, relevant articles, reports, and resources so you always have fresh insights without the overwhelm.
