I would require a plot dimension or the building dimension in which I am supposed to fit the sketch into. I would require the north direction and means of access into the plot to be mentioned, preferably in a small drawing image. I would also require your requirements regarding the sketch. No. of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc., preferable sizes of rooms, stair preference, height preference, etc. I will ask you anything that you have missed mentioning so don't worry.
In normal circumstances, I would require just 2 days to deliver the work if all requirements are given swiftly.
Yes, but an additional day would be added to the project duration with each revision upto a maximum of 2.
