I'll get your apps running on your VPS with Docker Compose and Traefik in front, each on its own subdomain with HTTPS from Let's Encrypt that renews by itself. This is how I run my own stack at home, so the cover is my actual config. You get a clean compose setup you can read and change later, not a pile of one-off commands.
Basic hardening is part of it: SSH keys only, a firewall that only lets 80, 443 and SSH in, containers not running as root where the image allows it, and the Docker socket mounted read-only. For bigger setups I add backups of your volumes and an auth layer in front of admin panels.
Send me what you want to run (a list of apps or your existing compose file) and which VPS you're on. Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Contabo and plain Debian or Ubuntu boxes are all fine. For bigger setups I do Ansible and failover too. The last one was seven servers with MySQL Group Replication, Patroni for Postgres and HAProxy, live over a weekend.
